The foundation of mindfulness is being aware of the body, feelings, and thoughts.
One should be aware of these things without becoming involved with them. It is a sort of detachment,
being aware of them as one looking in at one's self rather than actually being controlled by them.
It isnt so much something one must do, but something one should undo. If the mind is cluttered with
unproductive, scattered, confused thoughts and feelings.....phyisical and emotional,... one's behavior will
reflect the same. The mind is the ulitimate "computer" it will not operate well unless you clear
the "cache". So it is a matter of not do, not think, not judge, not associate, not plan, not imagine,
not wish, not assume.... The mind, body, spirit know how to "operate", one should allow them to do so, by proper care of them.
